A refined high performance version spawned from the ever popular Quantum Fish. The Decibel turns up the performance level of the 'fish' shape. A more refined nose foil with a touch more rocker of the tip, enhanced bottom contours, and most notable the double bump diamond swallow tail. The tail shape really loosens this one up off the tail for more progressive surfing in tighter places on the wave face. Bottom contours are a blended single concave in through the center, with a double between the fins, and a slight vee off the tail.
